BPPA Annual Conference and Masterclass 2023

A few weeks ago, the British Postgraduate Philosophy Association (BPPA) held the 2023 edition of its Annual Conference and Masterclass, which took place at the University of York. The event was a real success, with many presentations from graduate students from all over the UK, three invited speakers, a Career Workshop, and two more invited speakers for the Masterclass. The theme of this year's conference was Practical Philosophy. The invited speakers included:

  • Hannah Carnegy-Arbutthnot

  • Megan Blomfield

  • Lukas Meier

  • Gregory Currie

  • Graham Bex-Priestley

  • David Owens

Members can already access the recordings for the keynote lectures and the masterclasses in our Archive, using their password.

We are deeply thankful to the University of York and to the Royal Institute of Philosophy for making the event possible.
